 is a Nigeria company, founded on November 28, 2017, with identification number 2559075, based on Environmental design and Management, land surveying, Engineering, CAD and GIS Services, is a firm that provides accurate Environmental data vital to the effective planning, design, and construction of any project.   

We carry out jobs with a purely straightforward attitude, working closely with clients, and to provide prompt execution that results in a professional product at a cost-effective fee. 

We have been very successful in working with other professionals as part of a team to meet complex development challenges throughout the country.

Mr Agbo Sunday (Chairman/CEO): is a builder and geospatial enthusiast with a strong drive towards solving complex spatial problems. he possesses a solid educational background in Building Technology as well a professional experience in the geospatial industry with over five years of applying his skills in Environmental design and construction and intend to use his skill and knowledge to contribute to the achievement and overall objective of this organization. 

He is a registered member of the following professional organisation. • Nigeria Institute of Building (NIOB) • Nigeria Cartographic Association (NCA) • Geoinformation Society of Nigeria (GEOSON) 

Surv Mrs Onuoha Ruth Okwuchi is a registered Land surveyor and geospatial enthusiast with a strong drive towards solving complex spatial problems. She possesses a solid educational background in surveying and Geoinformatics as well a professional experience in the geospatial industry with over five years of applying her skills in Surveying and GIS and intend to use her skill and knowledge to contribute to the achievement and overall objective of this organization.

10.1 CADASTRAL SURVEYING AND LAND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES.

Our service in property survey and registration include:

      Individual property boundary survey, charting and Deposition with the statutory authority.

      Land management and administration consultancy.

      Layout planning, setting out and survey.

      Parcel identification and Re-establishment survey.

10.2.1 GIS CONSULTANCY SERVICES RENDERED TO KADUNA STATE GOVERNMENT (KADGIS)

•           Carry out quality control on spatial data and finished maps to ensure that maps are of the highest quality.

•           Designed a standard map template which is used in the production of standardized maps.

•           Provide regular technical support to clients within the geospatial unit. This has improved staff productivity through a better understanding of geospatial concepts and applications.

•           Perform data organization and management – we provide regular maintenance on our database (postgres), ensure that there is consistency in the data that we receive from field officers and convert data received to suit the already existing structure.

•           Actively involved in the efficiency of the systematic land titling field staff, through the delivery of easy-to-use field maps which has aided in easy navigation of priority areas.

•           Provide periodic training to undergraduate interns.

•           Carry out Trainings on Mapping and other GIS/CAD software’s

•           Perform transformation on spatial data: Data is often transformed from geographic coordinate systems to projected coordinate systems as well as other locally derived origins.
